Finalist 2023 - HIA Hunter Region Foreshore

The waterfront renovation of this 90's two-storey home brings a fresh and revitalized ambiance to the property. The design embraces a crisp new white on white colour palette, complemented by a coastal airy feel that sits effortlessly into its beachside location. The aim is to create a serene and inviting space that captures the essence of waterfront living while offering a modern touch of luxury.

From the stunning new master suite with its generous glazed walls, to the enlarged new living zones which seamlessly connect to the outdoor entertaining zones, the remodelling of this traditional styled beachside home has been transformed into the perfect coastal abode.

Finalist 2022 - HIA Hunter Region Redhead

Situated in the iconic location of Redhead Beach, known for its undulating landscape, this new residential build is a modern interpretation of an Australian beach house. The Colourbond cladding exterior and copper elements pay homage to the striking coastline and rocky outcrops of Redhead Beach.

In the heart of Port Stephens, this design focuses on water views and natural light. Monochromatic in style this two-storey residence features sharp angular lines that draw the viewers eyes to the entry of the home. Giving the illusion of a floating upper floor with a triangular concrete support column, surrounded by terraced gardens to soften the rise in levels.

Finalist 2021 - HIA Hunter Region Hilder Residence

A home inspired by its location, perched on a cliff with panoramic views of Nelson Bay, this rugged and naturally considered materiality home is to be appreciated from every angle. The home features an impressive two storey vertical cylindrical concrete plunge pool that has been integrated into the new dwelling. The scale, form and simplistic material palette all aim at working together with the landscape.

Winner 2020 – HIA Gold Coast Sheridan Park Residence

Light filed and contemporary, this beautiful and unique home manages to capture the essence of coastal living in its own individual way. The home was designed for clients to enjoy with family and friends, taking is the stunning Gold Coast skyline at every vantage.

Winner 2020 – HIA Hunter Gymea Residence

An elevated, light filled home designed for entertaining is what this spectacular home provides its owners. This coastal-feel home stands proud with a complimentary mix of external finishes including James Hardie cladding, cement render & Eco Stone feature walling. The bay views are captured from every point of the home highlighting the stunning Port Stephens scenery with windows strategically placed throughout each room.

Finalist 2019 – HIA Hunter Region Salamander Bay Residence

The sharp geometric lines and mixed claddings allowing for an everchanging façade as the shadows move across the home throughout the day. This is contrasted by the hardwood entry ceiling lining and custom front door providing a warming entry to the monochrome exterior.

From the street this home maintains its modest origins with only the addition of the new garage blending seamlessly into the old dwelling and only small glimpses
of the substantial additions located at the rear of the existing dwelling. It’s not until you walk towards the newly created entry of the stunning dwelling that you get a true sense of what lies beyond. The home is built for entertaining with its large open rooms and concealed glass doors which connect to the various decking areas which in turn flow onto the large private yard.
